When I look under COMPUTER, I see this: Local Disk (C:) DVD RW Drive (D:) Elements (F:) - this is my external HD Norton Backup Drive - I disabled this a long time ago because I use the external HD I used to have an (E:) Drive where the external HD was, but it just vanished one day and by itself the external HD went to the (F:) Drive. It's been a long time, but I think I might have been using flash drives at the time; but after I got the external HD, I have pretty much quit using the flash drives. Sometim

Please insert a disk into drive E:." We realize that this message shouldn't happen and it's a problem for our program, and we'll work to fix it. But until then, there are two workarounds to try for the issue: 1.) Find out what your E: drive is (it may be a card reader on your monitor no disk or some other device) and put a portable storage medium, such as a media card or other, into it. See if the error goes away. (don't worry because the flash drive won't be formatted or accessed) 2.) Disable the USB Mass Storage Device in Device manager like this: Open up your Windows Control Panel Under Devices and Printers, Choose Device Manager Open up the Universal Serial Bus controllers group there is no Right-click on the 'USB Mass Storage Device' item Choose 'Disable' This will disable a USB device on your computer that you may not be using. Often, it is a card reader or some other storage device. In the future, if you want to use that device again, you'll need to re-enable the device to use it.
