This is due to the limitation of NTFS boot code. i see you have a fat16 partition, move grldr there, and it should be fine. I attempted to download Hiren's boot cd from the Hirens website and install it onto a usb drive. Since attempting this I get a message as follows (before Windows 7 loads).
