Log Onto Incoming Mail Server Before Sending Mail Outlook 2013
is throwing an error when trying to send emails through our server: Sending' reported error (0x800CCC80) 'None of the outlook sending error 0x800ccc0f authentication methods supported by this client are supported by your server.' Anyone any clue what might be causing this. I was going through our settings checking them against Bruces latest anti-spam http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/office/forum/office_2010-outlook/error-code-0x800ccc80-in-outlook-none-of-the/b12ea6a5-876c-4061-b2cc-ff394db9b9db settings when this apparently started, but fixingit has baffled me. I laterfound that in SmarterMail while going through some settings earlier I had inadvertantly checked the box "Disable AUTH LOGIN method for SMTP authentication" on the SMTP_IN protocol settings.
