I gave same password to exp parameter. But I can not log in to system. How can I fix this problem? I try to solve problem.By use oerr command. It told me as I did'nt start oracle instance. Evenif it still running..... I reconize something. I can connect as system in oracle enterprise manager (normal and as sysdba). But for sys use I connect as sysdba only. Guide me please. Thank you.
