reasons. 1) All the custom tables and pls-00907: cannot load library unit packages and procedures functions does not have access to apps schema.
Pls-00905 Object Is Invalid
2) if you are using Synonyms check is created in apps. 3) The registered procedure does not have parameters http://stackoverflow.com/questions/11802076/cause-fdpstp-failed-due-to-ora-06550-line-1-column-7pls-00221-is-not-a-proc errbuf, retcode. 4) If you have those also not in as first 2 parameters and should be out parameters.
