Now it cames to the wired stuff: When I complie it in TeamDeveloper it works absolutly fine! When I buld the EXE and call it I get an "Could not connect" Error (Number: 9268)! https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/23200095/Cannot-Connect-Error-Message.html As I've said I am really new to Gupta (Unifiy) and have NO clue what this could be! I would appreciate your help! Are you running the development version and the compiled version on the same computer? 2. Is the SQLBase server on the same or different machine? 3. Do you know if you are using ODBC or OLE DB to connect? Are you using a connection string? Here is a sample of a OLE DB connect string to SQLBase: http://www.connectionstrings.com/?carrier=sqlbase An ODBC connect string will use Provider=MSDASQL.1 at the start. Things that may be different between the development and compiled version: Server access Whatever work directory is being used Access
