says it will not start. Is there a way to fix it? Then right click Libraries and choose "restore default libraries" If you added additional paths to the library error 0x8007000b you will have to reconfigure the library. When some of the application files gets damaged or corrupted due to virus or wrong settings then error appears on the screen. Scanning windows files first and use reliable program to fix this. I have tried windows live photo uninstalling and reinstalling the program and the repair option, and a Microsoft Fixit which says it succeeded, but the problem persists. The error code is 0x80004005 photo gallery encountered an error and cannot start 0x80004005 Which got no hits whatsoever on Google, Google even said "showing results for 0x80070057" "search instead 0x80004005" so I clicked it and then garbage showed up without even including "0x80004005" Seems like an unusual error if Google has no record of it. I am sure this topic is going to be the only hit soon Can someone help me fix
