So Ive been mixing on my new system for a couple days with no issues. My setup is New Mac Pro running 10.7.4, PT10.2, 003R into UAD2 Satellite Duo. I have been mixing sessions off the Main hard drive on the mac as I have not had the chance to add another yet but have had absolutely no problem. Yesterday I was trying to record and I kept receiving the error "The operating system held off interrupts for too long. If this occurs frequently, try increasing the H/W bufferSize in the Playback engine panel" So I tried every option on the H/W Buffer size menu all with the same error being prompted only being able to record a maximum of 1.5 minutes. I also tried using my FW400 Hard drive instead of the internal Hard Drive to record with and got the same error. I'm at a loss as to how to fix this. I figured using the external hard drive would make it better but its actually even less time before it shows the error. I did use migration assistant from my old macbook Pro to the New Mac Pro but I'm not sure that has anything to do with it as I am able to mix all day long with absolu
