I got a new external hard drive, I partitioned the drive then copied my old drive to pro tools dae error 9131 the new drive. When I open up a Protools session and then the corresponding Reason File from the new hard drive Protools gives me this error (DAE error-9131). I then have to force quit my session. When I open dae error 9131 was encountered pro tools the same files on my old drive there's no problems and no errors. Can someone please shed some light on this problem for me. i answered my own question. I partitioned the drive as os extended (case sensitive, journaled) which caused the dae error. I re partitioned the drive as os extended (journaled) and that solved the problem.
