Jilleneh) Hi Jilleneh,If this is protocol specific error the first time you are trying to connect, make sure that your server, network, firewall are all ok. There are lots of gotchas here! If you have previously been able to connect, what circumstances cause the error?If you post some more details of your situation, I can be more specific.
