Pretty much when u press Xto scan fornetworks it saids internal error code 00000001, basicly means can't find any access points. What psp model do you have? i have the psp-2001 since sept. I've had the same issue you have when i first updated the psp from frimware3.60 that was on the psp in when i got it to firmware 3.70 through 3.73 this fall. i thought my unit was broken at firstwith the same error code you got so i called sony they told methe unit wasdefectective take it back to the retailer. went through the run-around a total of 8 calls with 3 of the calls going through supervisorsand 4 psp returnsat the retailer within 30days.Ive even told them i think its a software issue because no one can go through 4PSPs in a month or have that manydefective units in a batch. Come to find out when 3.80 was release i was rollings my eyes expecting the same issue to appeare but to my surprise the issue was fixed. I'm also a Wii owner and having to go through the run-around like i did which was a waste of time not getting a stright answer from sony that was just flip-flopping. if you

Also try checking the internet settings on the actual connection and the psp. I got that error message a couple of times because the PSP had lost the signal.
