The computer will ask you to verify if a network cable is connected. The PXE-M0F: Exiting Boot Agent error warns you that the PC is unable to boot and is exiting the PXE boot mode. Solutions This error can occur for many reasons. Case 1 The PC needs to boot on network device (which is rarely the case) Solution: Check if the network cable is disconnected or faulty. Either reconnect the later or use another network cable (RJ45). This problem can also be due to a faulty network card. Case 2 The boot sequence is not properly configured (BIOS) and the computer attempts to boot from a "PXE" network card. The boot sequence defines the order of the boot devices. The PC will first try to boot from the primary boot device and in case of failure it will switch to the next one. Solution: You have to go into the BIOS to change the boot sequence (the approach may be different depending on your motherboard model). You normally have to press a key (Eg: Esc or Delete or F2 ...) or a combination of keys (Eg: Ctrl + F1 or Ctrl + F2 ...) upon starting your PC machine.
