www.quickbooksrepairpro.com/ Guaranteed Recovery or No Charge! 1 Answers akkinad on Oct 03, 2012 reply Here's what going on: Windows includes MSXML 4 and MSXML 6. To prevent malware from corrupting these installations, Microsoft has set them so they can't be reinstalled. Of course, Intuit's programmers don't know this, so they blithely reinstall it, even if yours is already working fine! But, of course, they don't notice that yours was already patched to the proper version. It's a common mantra for poor QuickBooks users: "Trash your system so QuickBooks will install and/or run!" So, here's the remedy: Uninstall all MSXML installations and components I recommend you download and install the free Revo Uninstaller, which cleans up the mess that Microsoft's uninstaller leaves behind>Reboot>Install QuickBooks Pro 2010&,Reboot,Run Windows (or Microsoft) Update, to put your system back to it's proper, updated, state. hope that helped +1 Votes 1 Votes 0 Votes Answer Question Click here to cancel reply.
