[Matroska-users] Problem playing recorded MJPEG with high resolution Messages sorted by: [ date ] [ thread ] [ subject ] [ author ] I'm not sure most graphics cards are designed for accelerating MJPEG decoding, since mostly what I've seen is focused on H.264 decoding (to assist with commercially distributed HD material, such as iTunes purchases and BluRay playback). I can confirm that VLC will immediately crash upon opening the file in version 1.1.12 https://trac.ffmpeg.org/ticket/1558 in Mac OS X 10.6.8 (32-bit mode). I also ran a test with mplayer to see if I could get some more detailed information, and as luck would have it, it did! ATV2 / Windows Server / Drobo Elite (16TB) / all wired 1G. Since last week, I have been unable to watch more than 3-4minutes of a local/saved tv show before XBMC pauses and returns to the episode read error list. This happened with 12.0 and I upgraded to 12.2 wondering if it would help...same issue. I've rebooted the ATV2, the server, the Drobo, the HP P2810 switch. Nothing seems to help. Sorry, I tried looking in the logs and while I saw a line or two - I didn't see anything that clearly stated this is the issue. Hopefully someone can help point me in matroska webm read the right direction. Note: It can be any TV show. I've tried the same ones that have played back before without issue. find quote Memphiz Non-Serving Developer Posts: 15,160 Joined: Feb 2011 Reputation: 199 Location: germany 2013-07-19 16:19 Post: #2 Code: 820.
