It seems your HDD isn't able to http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/280048-32-disk-read-error-occurred-error be read. Can't find your answer ? Ask ! Get the answer Best answer ferooxidanJul 5, 2014, 7:42 PM disk read error means your HDD couldn't be read, as such the OS couldn't be loaded. This could be due to chipset faulty, power surge, HDD itself is broken. Try to insert OS dvd (windows dvd) into the DVD ROM and try to install it untill it got to customize disk partition, if HDD can't be detected from there, http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2207875/turn-laptop-disk-read-error-occurred-restart-ctrl-alt-del.html yes your HDD got a problem then. If that the case, remove your HDD, plug it into other cpu as external and backup your data. If it is chipset faulty, then return it for the warranty, or try to change the cable (unplug then plug it again; usually fix the problem temporarily - need to be done again and again).
