Since a https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa264979(v=vs.60).aspx few days it no longer works on some computers but it works on some others, including mine at home. I get the message "13 type mismatch" when it starts. The computers where it still works are running the same OS than before and than the ones where it now fails! I can't debug this because: i) in my development environment I can't reproduce the error and ii) if I execute the corresponding .ADP with the full MS/Access version on any https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/office/en-US/7b46cf82-e1b1-4675-84cc-269b17876c82/13-type-mismatch-error-runtime-msaccess-2007?forum=accessdev computer where the .ADE fails, then everything also works fine. The problem only occurs with the .ADE and the Access runtime on some computers. Furthermore, if I create the .ADE from the .ADP on a computer where the .ADE created at home fails, then the .ADE created locally works well on both computers (the one where I now create it and mine at home)! I suspect a problem with the libraries used, or with a specific MS/Office update at home, but in fact I have no idea and, after hours and hours of unsuccessful research, I still have no solution (except to generate the .ADE on each computer, which is not really possible). Just a precision : I use no DAO recordset, only ADODB ones to access SQL Server 2005 SP4 DB, and they are all qualified by ADODB. Can somebody help me please? Thank you. I seem to recall that some of its possible causes are explained well by the error description, but that others are totally counter-intuitive when considering what the error message is telling you. In this case rs2 should be a DAO recordset. Sub plausibilitaet_check() Dim rs As DAO.Recordset Dim rs2 As DAO.Recordset Dim db As database Dim strsql As String Dim strsql2 As String Dim tdf As TableDef Set db = opendatabase("C:\Codebook.mdb") Set rs = db.OpenRecordset("plausen1") For Each tdf In CurrentDb.TableDefs If Left(tdf.Name, 4) <> "MSys" Then rs.MoveFirst strsql = "SELECT * From [" & tdf.Name & "] WHERE " Do While Not rs.EOF On Error Resume Next strsql2 = "select * from table where GHds <> 0" Set rs2 = CurrentDb.OpenRecordset(strsql2) share|improve this answer answered Nov 28 '08 at 9:53 Fionnuala 77k665110 Actually i am trying to modify the code given in teh thread 'How to run a loop of queries in access' so i would follow this cod e by a condition like rs2.Open strSQL & " " & rs![query] which i guess can be done only with ado –tksy Nov 28 '08 at 10:10 You need to tidy up your code and set up suitable recordset types for each recordset. The sample code I provided in that thread relates to using an ADO schema to get tables that contain a part

Leave out the acSaveNo. That should work. share|improve this answer answered Dec 17 '09 at 11:43 Adriaan Stander 106k11178220 @astander: thanks it works. How can I have it in Print Preview?
