Does anyone know how I can resolve this problem? Will Uninstall and Re-Installing it work? I run Vista. I'm not really technically minded and it couldn't have come at a worst time as I'm trying to put together my entry for the Hospital Broadcasting Association awards with my limited AA3 knowledge. Any help, preferably using words I can understand, would be appreciated. PJ the DJ =^..^= 23410Views Tags: none (add) This content has been marked as final. Show 5 replies 1. I uninstalled both Flash & Shock. Re-installed both and couldn't see any YouTube videos. Uninstalled again and re-installed both Flash & Shock. All other drivers are up-to-date on computer. This problem is limited to Firefox and watching long videos online. I send a bug report to Adobe & Mozilla. Many thanks
