account only takes a few minutes. Join Now All, For the past two months several of our end users have experience problems with MS Word, Excel and ApproveIt Digital Signature. For example, one user received error approve it excel 2013 53 in MS Word, cannot find ADTMSOADDIN.dll. Another example is Excel shutting down due to an error with ApproveIt Adds-In, ADTAPlib.ApproveIt Adds-In. After several uninstalls and reinstalls attempts for both MS Office and ApproveIT, we decided to rebuild the profile of the end users. Unfortunately the problems still exist. In some cases, the problems were never resolve. In others, the problems came back in 2 to3 weeks. I have been here for 3-4 months and I already have to do the same for some users. However we do not experience these above issues when login as another user or our Admin account on that same computer. Bill, So far we are experiencing this issue from XP.. We also upgraded these user's from XP - Win 7. Hopefully we will not see this again.
