Please contact the application's support team for more information If I click ENTER for a few times, it will show https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/822521 an ieframe.dll error. I'm using windows 7 and IE 9. The "Tool" function on the topleft hand corner is somehow disabled. Methods I've tried: 1. Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (no use) 2. Clean boot using MSCONFIG (no use) (since I must surf the net to download or see the pdf file. But the problem is on theInternet Explorer.) 3. From Start. Type the following command in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER: inetcpl.cpl 3. The Internet Options dialog box appears. Click the Advanced tab. 4. Under Reset Internet Explorer settings, click Reset. Then click Reset again. When Internet Explorer finishes resetting the settings, click Close in the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box. 5. They don't help. He's able to browse via Windows Explorer (as per someone's suggestion), but not MSIE.
