Crossfire Runtime Error R6002
PM I'm running on Windows Vista 32 with IE9. (an old Dell). I first noticed this problem when the Latest version of Flash Player was updated. Periodically windows will show an Error Flag saying the Flash Player update Service has stopped working...sometimes this flag has interfered with the smooth functioning of programs that I have running; mostly it is an annoyance. I asked about r6002 floating point free download this last week and was told to try a manual uninstall and check for the removal of all the files. Here is where I ran into the problem. But first, the steps. The Uninstaller did most of the work. All of the rest of the files were easy to delete; EXCEPT for one. In C:/windows/system32/macromed/Flash is the file 'FlashPlayerUpdateService.exe' 11.6 r602 Version 11.6.602.180 ... It refuses to be deleted !!! I think this is the source of all the problems. I think that it is supposed to function Only with FP Ver. 11.6. and when an updated version is installed, it is left behind AND CAN'T BE deleted. I checked the Permissions of this file and the user can only read and execute the file, nothing else. Trying to change the permissions gets you a duplicate file that can be deleted. the original file is untouched. I have tried as Admin to delete it, no luck. I tried the "Unlocker" program and it can't find a handle. It offers to delete it on next reboot, but the file is still there.I tried to go at it using DOS commands and get a

Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them https://discussions.apple.com/thread/6315308?tstart=0 applies.Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.If you've already done the above and things still aren't working, try opening iTunes in safe mode by holding down CTRL+SHIFT as you launch iTunes, then going into Edit > Preferences > Store and turning off Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases. If you close iTunes and reopen you may find that it now behaves normally.tt2 Helpful (0) Reply options Link to this post This site contains user submitted content, comments and opinions and is for informational purposes only. ProductsHomearound the homeproductivityHow to Fix Runtime Error R6025How to Fix Runtime Error R6025By Ty ArthurWhen an application or other process ends abruptly, Microsoft Windows often compiles an error report designed to explain what went wrong. Sometimes this results in an error message like "Runtime Error R6025 Pure Virtual Function Call." This error means that an application tried to call upon a virtual member function from a source that wouldn't accept that call. For example, if you are playing a video game hosted online and the server goes down, your computer could generate this error.Step 1Read the Runtime error message to see what program crashed. Click "OK" to close the error message window.Step 2Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys and press the Esc key to launch Task Manager.Step 3Click the "Processes" tab and click on the "Image Name" column header. Scroll down through the list of processes to make sure the original program that gave the error message is not on the list. If it is in the list, click it and then click "End Process."Step 4Restart your computer, and open a Web browser to ensure you have Internet access. If you don't, wait until your Internet is running again. Open the the program that crashed.Tips & WarningsLook for updates released by the developer whenever an application crashes. If the problem continues to happen, and you are certain that the remote server and your Internet connection are both running normally, uninstall and then reinstall the problem application.References & ResourcesMicrosoft: Description of the R6025 run-time error in Visual C++RelatedWaterproof Your Tech: Stay Dry, My FriendsProductivity15 Killer Ways to Spook Up Your Porch for HalloweenSmart HomeHow to Print a Picture for a LocketProductivityImprove Your Home's Wi-Fi Signal With These Router TipsProductivityHow to Access the Application Data FolderProductivityHOW WE SCOREABOUT USCONTACT USTERMS OF USEPRIVACY POLICY©2016 Demand Media, Inc.Login | Sign UpSign UpLog InCreate an
