Any ideas where I can get a scanner head? - Anonymous 0 I've got a hp 7410 with a different kind of scanning and copying proble. I bought it used, and before even hooking it up to my PC I was getting a "scanner failure" message. After several hours of fruitless contact with hp techs, I did several semi-full resets (#6) and then a full reset (# 9). The scanner failure message went away and it prints fine, but scanning or copying I get only solid black images from the ADF and about 80\% solid black images from the flatbed. The other 20\% of the image looks fine. I've had a couple guys tell me that it sounds like a bad main logic board. Any idea wher to get one? Of course HP is of no help whatsoever.
