How To Deploy Wsp In Sharepoint 2010 Using Powershell

I am trying to do a content deployment from the UAT server to the DEV server. But i https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee924661(v=office.14).aspx get this error when i try to type the URL of the destination Central Administration Server and after entering the credentials and click on Connect.
