UTC Technically you need access to cisco TAC website with a support contract on your device... but I wont tell anyone :-) http://www.firewall.cx/downloads/doc_download/40-cisco-vpn-client-64bit-version.html 1 Thai Pepper OP ryadical Nov 19, 2013 at 2:03 UTC btw, I have used that website for a handful of cisco downloads but just in case, make sure you scan it with an AV since it is not from the official cisco website. 1 cisco vpn client for windows 7 64 bit Mace OP RoguePacket Nov 19, 2013 at 2:09 UTC Ought to move to the AnyConnect client. May mean updating the concentrator— http://www.cisco.com/en/US/netsol/ns1049 http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps8411/tsd_products_support_series_home.html etc 1 Thai Pepper OP John.J Nov 19, 2013 at 2:13 UTC I do not think Cisco has a 64bit IPSec VPN client. I think people have moved to the PC Any Connect SSL VPN. That will support your 64bit systems. I disagree with Ryadical. You should not download Cisco software from anywhere but from Cisco. The software you download from other sites may be "modified" and introduce threats and vulnerabilities you don't need or could have easily avoided. 2 Poblano OP CA_2013 Nov 19, 2013 at 2:35 UTC John8791 - Cisco does have an IP Sec client for 64bit systems: 5.0.07.0440-k9.exe released in March 2011. Jmlack - the VPN client software is EOL'd - availability to download ends July 29th, 2014 and has not had a maintenance release for over a year. http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/vpndevc/ps5743/ps5699/ps2308/end_of_life_c51-680819.html
The other posters are correct: you should consider moving to AnyConnect - it has some nice new features and will work the same for end users. VPN reconnect is handy.. 2 Anaheim OP DKyle Nov 19, 2013 at 2:40 UTC 1st Post I got my VPN clients from a university. http://infotech.wsu.edu/securitybe down. Please try the request again. Shrewsoft works fine with my work's VPN (it imports PCF files). The development builds (2.1+) listed on their site support Win7 x64. http://www.shrew.net/download/vpn The problem I had with the Cisco client is while it did work ok in XP mode, you couldn't just run it like a program from Windows 7 (like most other programs you install in XP mode)
