If not, go to Step 4 4 Diagnose Virtual Adapter Fix a) Right-click on the adapter and select Enable b) Right-click on it again and select Diagnose c) Select Reset the network adapter Now wait for the reset to complete (can take up to 60 seconds or more). I've tired about every step imaginable and still nothing. The one machine I just reimaged it. When I go to Diagnose it, I don't get the option to reset the connection. It says no problems were found. The only way it resets is by going into the IPv4 properties and changing to Auto for the IP and then diagnose it again. Really need to get our ASA upgraded so we can use AnyConnect.
