After they installed it, iTunes wouldn't load the store, it was just a blank white screen. I tried using the built-in updater for Covenant
I get the following error "initialization function inithelperdll in IPMONTR.dll failed to start with error code 10107" when I try to run a netsh int ip command. The system has al sorts of issues that just poped up one day. Original problem was the machine was very slow and had a hard time getting connected to online services and connecting to web pages. As I troubleshoot the machine I began to think it may have a virus. So I loaded Nortons on the machine. It found no virus's, of course the sig/DATS are little older cause I can't get connected to the internet to get updates yet. So when Nortons was loaded it says that TCP/IP is not installed. Although it is and the regisrty keys are all present. I thought maybe I reset the TCP/IP setting with Netsh command but it fails to resolve cause of the error. Could anybody give me some ideas how to resovle this? I have searched the MS knowlegde base and found nothing with that error in it.
