Keep it up! Recently, my shutdown time is inconsistent ranging from 20 seconds to 2 minutes and I think the culprit is Kernel-PnP error which I've found under the Event Viewer. I'm not absolutely sure but I believed this should be the cause as there are no other errors displayed. This is what is shown
