I am surprised that NOBODY has figured this out yet, but here we go. Steps to fix CCC from not opening: 1) Go to C:\windows\Assembly 2) Right click on each listing that starts with either ACE, CCC, or MOM and select uninstall. 3) Relaunch CCC (Catalyst Control Center) Done.
