one being the two work monitors going into "entering power save mode" every so often due to the system freezing. I regret that I "upgraded" to windows 10, as I never-never-never had such issues. event id 11 source nvraid but before I go back to Windows 7 pro, I want to give it a last chance. I have spend a lot of time trying to figure out what is going on and I managed to reduce the frequency of the monitor shutdown and system freezes. I disabled quite a few services, I bought a second graphics card to eliminate graphic card issues, I went to safe mode and determined nvraid driver windows 10 that the monitors do not shut down (and the system does not freeze while in safe mode), and so on. Now the system will freeze occasionally and I am getting the Event 11 NVRAID error about 5 times upon booting. I do not have an NVRAID system in my DELL XPS 630i computer, but I used to have when I bought it in 2008. I tried to uninstall the RAID drivers shown in the device manager, but windows re-installs them every time. So, it doesn work for me. Here is the error: The description for Event ID 11 from source nvraid cannot be found. I even bought one new HDD and changed the cables but I still get the windows 10 error. Well after a while I pinpointed when I get the error...on startup but this doesn't cause my system to freeze etc. So it seems like a meaningless error if it isn't causing me issues. A friend of mine said he got this error as well with his raid 0 setup on his DFI motherboard what he did was disable the nvraid service, which I searched in services and I do not have in there. So I guess it doesn't really matter if it event id 11 keeps giving me the error in event viewer since it doesn't bother me, hehe I wouldn't even notice if I didnt have PC problems the last week and checked event viewer. So does anyone have a simple explanation of this error and how to get rid of it? I'm using BigToe's beta bios of the newest official release..406BTA. I'm also using the newest nvidia drivers, 6.70 for WinXP. Thanks Back to top #2 iRoNeTiK iRoNeTiK New Member Members 18 posts Posted 26 May 2006 - 03:04 PM Anybody? RGone... Back to top #5 keffenhunde keffenhunde New Member Members 6 posts Posted 04 November 2006 - 06:47 PM Board is actually and truely stable ...Memtested overnight with no problems... What happens is at a reboot, the system gets to the desktop, then reboots. After the second time, it cames up that windows has recovered from a serious error and had to be restarted. Windows says it was a driver error. I looked in the event viewer and the only error under system was NVRAID error, The driver detected a controller error on .
