It is NOT a pirated version, it is Steam bought-anyone working for Steam can check and confirm that I paid. I have uninstalled and reinstalled three times now. I have http://steamcommunity.com/app/22330/discussions/0/846959998015896521/ gotten rid of all mods. The game worked the first time I tried it, but I uninstalled it due to mod troubles. Now, each subsequent reinstall, I just get the "binkw32.dll file is missing" error message when I try to even start the game. I repeat, I have uninstalled and reinstalled three times and the same problem is happening. My video card isn't the best (Intel one that came with the Dell), and I've read that that may be the problem, but then that doesn't explain why the error didn't happen the first time (and the graphics appeared on my screen just fine). I wrote an email to support, but thought maybe there's a chance someone else had and solved the same problem, and might get back to me before they do. Thanks in advance for any help.ps Windows 7, Dell Inspiron 5520, and yes I rebooted the pc between uninstallation and reinstallation. < > Showing 1-4 of 4 comments JrB908 View Profile View Posts 25 Jul, 2013 @ 2:22pm Does this apply to your problem ?Originally posted by UESP:Problem As soon as Oblivion is started up, the game crashes, the 'Bethesda Softworks' logo does not appear and the music goes into a loop. This began happening all of a sudden and with no previous major problems.
