PC Today's Posts 0X0000007e pci.sys message on bluescreen Byriggaz Aug 1, 2005 Help! 0x0000007E pci.sys message on blue screen I shut down my PC today and when I tried to reboot I got a blue screen with the following pci.sys windows 10 message: STOP: 0x0000007E (0x0000005, 0xF853C0BF, 0xF894C208, 0xF894BF08) pci.sys - Address F8534C0BF base at F8535000, DateStamp 3b7855c I have read threads on this topic without any satisfaction so far. I tested the hard disk in another PC and it worked fine. I tried the hard disk from the PC with the blue screen and it worked fine. I put the hard disk from the problem PC back in the problem PC and I got the blue screen. The pci.sys driver problem cannot be the display adapter as my other hard drive worked fine. The problem cannot be the hard disk as it worked fine in my other PC. Can anyone help me out there? Clean the dust inside the PC. If it still crashes, downclock the RAM. If it does not resolve the problem. replace the RAM.
