Anyway though I installed PG2's RC1 and windows 10 did what they said where you disable Integrity checks, restarted, and then tried to run it. But even after uninstalling and repeating this process and trying the XP64 version to no avail, I still get a message when I try to run RC1. I'm going to quote directly from Phoenixlab's website... Why cant I run PeerGuardian under my normal user account? The 2000/XP/2003 version needs to install a driver, something that normal users cant do. You can set the shortcut to run it as Admin, or use the 98/ME version.
