If the ReadyNAS isbehind an HTTP proxy, please make sure you have entered the correct proxy server settings.Trouble Shooting that I have done includesRunning Version v1.0.9.30RAIDiator 4.1.61. Checked DNS IP's all are correct2. I can open my web browser and I can get to https://remote.readynas.com with no issues3. I checked to ensure the green light is on for my readynas server and it is. but when I press manage readynas remote button I get a webpage4. and after a few seconds the message above pops up so it will not allow me to search users or add users.5. I am NOT running a proxy server6. I searched the forums there does not seem to be a resolution posted for this message I am getting7. I removed and reinstalled the readynas server software and get the same result.Can someone tell me what I need to do to resolve thisThank

Thus, I can not upgrade software or make any changes. It used to work fine and one day stopped working. I did a firmware reinstall but still can not access. Please help.
