I https://www.cnet.com/forums/discussions/windows-system32-config-system-file-missing-or-corrupt-222870/ turned on my notebook yesterday and i had the following massage: ''windows/system32/config/system file is missing or corrupt.You can attempt to repair this file by starting windows setup using the original setup CD-ROM . windows system32 Select "r" at the first screen to start repair'' The PROBLEM is that the CD drive doesn't work at all and unfortunately i can't find the original CD ROM.
