not turning on properly. When I start up I get the following error message: Windows XP could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM So from here I put http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/blue-screen-when-i-try-to-enter-the-recovery/a1b2e4c2-17d4-4d28-b988-b9fd064aef63 my XP disc in to re-instal/repair. But once I try to do either I get the following: A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. REGISTRY_ERROR etc etc..
