You might try contacting the hardware manufacturer for assistance. Its a relatively new Dell laptop running Windows 7. Tried each USB port on the machine with the same result. Any ideas? Thanks. At what step is it failing? Do you have administrator rights? Any antivirus or other disk monitoring program running? You can try to turn on debug mode (check the help file for instruction) and send in the log.
