Geüpload op 19 nov. 2010This Video, will teach you how to fix the E71 Problem for your Xbox 360 Guaranteed Fix 100% if it doesn't help than its another issue that must be in your xbox or the hard drive and NO discs dont include hardware. My friend got the e71 problem too but it was his hard drive, many people experience it from their hard drive. How u know if it is. Is try playing without you hard drive. If it works then its no doubt it is. What my friend did buy a memory stick from dollarama and put it in his xbox and when he plays a game play with ur memory stick also transfer everything to ur memory stick. But keep ur hard drive on, you need the extra Gigs. It worked for him like that. Another solution is a inproper plug-in issue. You have to unplug everything the inner and outter parts and also take out ur hard drive and put them back after 10 secs and it must work. I work for Customer Support for the past week now, so I should know. Categorie Games Licentie Standaard YouTube-licentie Meer weergeven Minder

When the Xbox 360 tries to execute some bytes of whatever and whatever it tried to execute crashes without returning a distinct error code (such as E63 or E74), it displays E71 on the screen. Whatever the Xbox 360 tries to execute does not necessarily have to be valid XEX code for E71 to be displayed, but it has to be valid (and signed, if not on modified Xbox 360) for E71 to not be displayed. Even less with actually ways how to fix it. Some are even trying to charge you for a book on how to fix it. Well I’m going to provide you with the actual solution (At least what worked for me) on how to resolve this error. All with out opening your 360 or having to deal with Microsoft. Please bear with me as this will get xbox 360 a little winded but I think it’s important you know all the details leading up to me FINALLY (I hope) getting this resolved.I have a first gen\year 360 with a Sammy M25 drive (Flashed with iXtream v1.51). Over the three years that I’ve owned it, never has it ever RROD’ed until now. The first time it happened I was trying to play a copy of Red Faction: Guerrilla. As the game started to load, it froze a bit like it was trying to do some type of update. Then e71 error xbox when the title screen tried to load up, the colours looked a bit off and the game just hung. Strange, so I rebooted it and then to my horror a black screen with white text came up saying that there was an E79 error. After some checking up on line I found out that it was most likely caused by a dashboard error, xam.xex could not start, file system corruption OR problem with the hard drive. One of the so called solutions was to power off the 360 and hold down the sync up button (The small white one) and press the power button to turn on the console. The sync up button must stay held down until the console boots up completely. This is to clear and failed updates. Well after 10min of hold it down it wasn’t booting up at all. I powered it off and back on, RROD.I couldn’t believe it! More on line searching. Tried booting it up with out the hard drive attached, still RROD (Three red lights). Found out that I could clear all installed game updates and console cache (Does not effect game saves) by going to system, Select "memory", Press Y on the HD symbol Press X,X, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X,XA message will appear saying: "Do you want to perform maintenance on your Xbox 360 storage devices?"Select YesBut I can’t even get into dashboard it just keeps RRODing. At this point all I kept finding were posts that nothing more could be done. I had to either send it off to Microsoft or open i

E71: Dashboard Error - Error within Xam.xex: possibly a dashboard update error, Check below in the "Console Reset Codes" for instructions. If that does not work there is no other solution and the console must be sent back to MS for repair. Console Reset Codes Clear All Installed Game Updates and Console Cache Go to the "system" blade Select "memory" Press Y on the HD symbol Press X,X, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X,X A message will appear saying: "Do you want to perform maintenance on your Xbox 360 storage devices?" Select Yes EDIT: After more research, I saw that another of the possible solutions to this problem can be solved with the hard drive: Turn off the console Disconnect all accessories (including video cables, network cable and any USB devices.) Remove the hard drive
