Ececpt they had nothing to do with any chip. Believe it or not, a cap or multiple caps burned up. It was running fine, then I started to hear a weird sizzling liquid sound for about 10 minutes, then the screen froze, restarted it to this error and more sizzling sounds. Crazy weird. Otherwise the other 99% of the time this error is just the GPU in need of reball. JYP666 on 2013-04-01 16:28:11 : 0102 on a Xenon board. Appears to be one of the RAM chips for me. I found out that this is related to the RAM chips.I should first mention that he bought it used and when I opened it up, there was a really bad (and completely wrong) penny fix https://xbox-experts.com/errorcode/E18/0102/ done on the RAM chips under the Mobo.So I reflowed the board for a second time and did the proper penny fix, and now it does 3 red lights, then overheats and gets 0120, which I heard may also be related to the RAM chips. So my question is basically, are the RAM chips fried, or is there another fix I can attempt? IE if you had a memory error and performed a reflow but this damaged something with the GPU then the error it would display would be relating to the GPU and not the previous memory error.most say the 0102 error is an unknown error, however 90% of the time this is the GPU for sure.how did you perform the reflow? was the board pre heated for 6 hr to prevent popcorn? was actuall r
