I have tried setting the .tif file properties with the texture importer and some of the different processors but I still always get this error message.Error 1 Can not read the texture file. The file is corrupted or invalid. Error code: D3DXERR_INVALIDDATA.Anyone have any idea how I can go about fixing this? Thanks in advance. 7/4/2007 10:09 PM In reply to Nick Gravelyn (11344) XNA Team Posts 10,389 Re: .tif image question Reply Quote The tif file is not one natively supported by XNA. To use the native content pipeline importers, you will need to use PNG, JPG, DDS, TGA, or BMP. If you can't get it to export to one of those formats, you'll have to write a tif importer and use that to load the texture. Hopefully you figure out a way. 5/30/2013 5:56 AM In reply to Steel Cyclone Studios LLC (0) Posts 8 Re: .tif image question Reply Quote Here is a link on how to create a tiff importer http://bunkernetz.wordpress.com/2011/03/11/tiff-importer-for-xna-4-0/ Make sure you add the System.Drawing Reference to the Importer. Here is the Source Code: using System;using System.Collections.Generic;using System.Drawing;using System.Linq;using Microsoft.Xna.Framework;using Microsoft.Xna.Framework.Graphics;using Microsoft.Xna.Framework.Content.Pipeline;using Microsoft.Xna.Framework.Content.Pipeline.Graphic
