Port on website is the standard: 443. Error: Network Access Message: The page cannot be displayed Technical Information (for Support personnel) Error Code: 502 Proxy Error. Connection refused(10061) IP address: x.x.x.x Server: isa2004 Source: proxy Normally I get a security window (certificate), click on ok and I see the website

You did receive a "Connection Refused" message indicating that ISA reached the destination host, but that host would not allow a connection.
