According to an old CiviCRM forum post about plugin_manager the issue may be related to this: "You might also want to check that plugin_manager always uses include_once/require_once which avoids loading the same file twice" Any thoughts on ways to allow CiviCRM and OGM to coexist? This error appears when I go to /og_mailinglist/subscription but it does not appear and OGM works as advertised when I go to the CORRECT link which is /og_mailinglist/subscriptions. Not sure why the error is popping up at the wrong URL. Closing this issue.
