Try to find out wheather you have this in the setting. go to "start"> "Control panel" > "network and internet" > "Internet options" > "content" > click on "certificates" tab , check for if any certificate list is there in the displayed list. Next click the button " Advanced" and will be able to manipulete the certificate purposes when required. removing all enlisted under "certificates" list should offer you the chance to rectify your problem.
