Just open your clock, you will notice that the date and time are incorrect. Adjust to the exact date and the error will vanish into the thin air. Also I would check the date within your computer. A bad CMOS battery or a BIOS reset can change the date back to the date the BIOS was manufactured. You can then get a security certificate error.
