(partial) Symptom: VPN Clients using certificates are able to successfully connect, authenticate, vpn user authentication failed and pass traffic. But upon reconnecting, clients receive errors. They are unable to connect until the client is shut vpn error 412 down and restarted. A pop-up error displays message similar to "unable to connect Reason 437: Bad Parameter" Client logs have an entry similar to the following: 1 10:45:19.684 01/07/05 Sev=Warning/2 IKE/0xE3000007 http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/security/vpn-client/48160-vpn-clnt-err-dict.html Unable to open certificate ([certificate information here]).
