Cmos Checksum Error On Boot
received a keyboard error message and the keyboard was completely unresponsive. I then changed the CMOS battery, cleared CMOS and cannot reinitialize BIOS since all working keyboards (tested on other systems) will not work in any of the USB ports. Please help! I'm not a computer expert but I am fairly literate. Thanks! Unplug the system press and hold the power button for 10~15 sec. Remove the CMOS battery and again press and hold the power button for the same amount.
