If a consistency check fails, the results will be recorded in the Event.log file similar to the following: 2012-03-11 23:00:15.316 -0700Error640BM2Consistency check failed on backup of database "xxxxx" (808)2012-03-11 23:00:15.378 -0700Error664BM2Schedule "Daily" completed, but consistency check failed on backups of one or more databases. In some cases, however, the Event.log file may record these errors but there is nothing wrong with the file. To verify if the file is good, do database consistency check the following: In the FileMaker Server Admin Console, close the database(s)listed as failing the consistency check. Run FileMaker Pro's consistency check on the file (File > Recover > Check Consistency button). Note: FileMaker Pro and FileMaker Server run the same consistency check version. If FileMaker Pro's consistency check does not detect any errors, you may have run into FileMaker Server's false negative consistency check scenario. This is a knownissue confirmed by FileMaker, Inc. If FileMaker Pro's consistency check detects errors, there may be a legitimateissue with the file.
