friend helped assemble it and it runs, but it does have its issues which is why I'm here.My configuration is as follows:Motherboard: P5WD2-E PremiumChip: Intel Premium D CPU 4.0GHz 4.1GHzOS: Vista 64PROBLEMWhen I boot, the process is interrupted by the message: Intel CPU uCode loading errorI press F1 and get to my Vista log-in screen, but my system regularly freezes and crashes and requiresa reboot. When the BIOS is written to support a particular processor, certain errors can be corrected and functions ensbled through microcode in the BIOS that loads into the processer at every boot.But a PentiumD at 4Ghz... what's up there...?http://support.asus.com/cpusupport/cpusupport.aspx?SLanguage=en-us&model=P5WD2-E%20Premium&product=1Since you can boot your system, albeit with the error message, see what BIOS revision is on the board and whether it supports the PentiumD you have installed...
