I've already replaced the DVD and got another but the problem still persists. My DVD is fine and also my DVD-ROM. I can install other games fine. An example below: The file C: \Program Files (x86) \Electronic Arts\SPORE\Sporebin\SporeApp.exe doesn't match the file in the setup's .cab file. The medium from which you are running the setup may be corrupted; contact your software vendor. A work around for Windows Vista is to initiate the install process as an Administrator. Browse to the location of the install application on you DVD Drive. This should be in the root of your DVD drive.
