I am not sure. But some of the fixes that worked are: Update the Mbox firmware (from the digi downloads site) to version 2 Unplug and replug the Mbox USB cable. Use the base set of extensions and check the Digi extension to add to this. Download the latest Digi USB driver. Download OS 9.2.2 Download PT Le 5.2.1 (note that the USB driver in this is the old one and needs updating [as per above]. Disable the Digidesign control panel. Set the sound control panel output to built in. Cross your fingers.
