Vbulletin Database Error The Database Has Encountered A Problem

Could this be what is causing the errors, this is the only thing I have been able to come up with thus far. Everything else seems to be ok according to the link provided above. The max user connections is also set to 32. This would be way to low for our site. However if this is a dedicated server, the user connection limit of 32 is crazy tiny considering your max is 4500. Looking for

I tried this by using php-cli command in my "/forum/core/install" folder. Eg: /forum/core/install$ php -f upgrade.php But it displayed an error like this; Upgrading to 5.0.0 Release Candidate 1 Step 16 - The table '#sql-2ff2_1a03' is full Please help me to solve this issue.
