I did following steps:1.) downloaded the newest 5.2.2 LR bundle2.) created portal-ext.properties with following content:jdbc.default.driverClassName=com.ibm.db2.jcc.DB2Driverjdbc.default.url=jdbc:db2://10.1.1.150:50001/lr01jdbc.default.username=db2adminjdbc.default.password=REMOVED3.) copied DB2 jdbc driver files db2jcc.jar and db2jcc_license_cu.jar into directory $TOMCAT_HOME/lib/ext. Files were taken from the DB2 client version 9.13 (Linux)4.) created database manually using CC Then started tomcat. LR populated database with default content and portal started, I could log in and LR seems to work with DB2. But when I looked to the catalina.out log. there are some SQL errors - should I ignore?? Another issue is that according to THIS log, Hypersonic seems to be used as well "22:44:10,296 WARN [DialectDetector:79] Liferay is configured to use Hypersonic as its database ....."=========================================================================================Mar 2, 2009 10:43:22 PM org.apache.catalina.core.AprLifecycleListener lifecycleEventINFO: The Apache Tomcat Native library which allows optimal performance in production environments was not found on the java.library.path: /usr/java/jdk1.5.0_17/jre/lib/i386/server:/usr/java/jdk1.5.0_17/jre/lib/i386:/usr/java/jdk1.5.0_17/jre/../lib/i386Mar 2, 2009 10:43:22 PM org.apache.coyote.http11.Http11BaseProtocol initINFO: Initializing Coyote HTTP/1.1 on http-8080Mar 2, 2009 10:43:22 PM org.apache.catalina.startup.Catalina loadINFO: Initialization processed in 397 msMar 2, 2009 10:43:22 PM org.apache.catalina.core.StandardService startINFO: Starting service CatalinaMar 2, 2009
